Here is a good example of great collaboration. The recent rains highlighted the need for some re-rocking of the camp road, and some erosion abatement on the trail system. This morning, the young women from the Iowa City Stake, and the skid steer operator from D&E Outside Services collaborated and together we were able to accomplish a lot of good work on the trails and the road. The skid steer operator took the gravel from our pile to strategic locations in the campsites in between re-rocking the road. This made it possible to get all of the projects completed this morning. Take a look at the fruits of our collective labors.
Thanks to the FM Group for prompt attention to the matter, to Emcor for quickly processing the work order, and to D&E for being willing to work with us on the service project; and of course thanks to the young women from Iowa City Stake for working so hard in the hot weather to do the work.
Kind Regards,
Elder Winter
